Liquid, Cream & Gel Contract Sachet Filling

Favoured by the cosmetic industry, liquid, cream & gel filled sachets are ideal for product sampling, launches and customer give-aways. The small, compact sachet provides an effective route to market via post, in-store & exhibition promotions or as a retail unit in their own entity.

Over the years Guardpack has invested in a range of pumps allowing us to cope with a variety of fillings, including industrial oils to high viscosity creams. We can dose our sachets from as low as 1ml to 40ml per sachet, and can control the measurement of fill accurately to 0.1ml.

Guardpack can assist you with your all contract sachet filling requirements from helping you decide the sachet & fill size, right through to design & production of full, shelf-ready retail cartons, with runs as low as 2,000 sachets.

We hold a number of high quality generic bulk liquid including shower gel, shampoo, baby cleansers, shaving and sun creams, formulated, tested and conforming to the Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009.

We can, of course manufacture using your own liquid, subject to testing.
