For bespoke and customised products our minimum order is 2000 units. We provide better rates for higher volumes, so it is worth considering repeat order schedules. Alternatively, we offer a range of generic products under our mywipe brand.
Individual Wet Wipes
We have the ability to produce individual sachets from 50mm x 60mm to 110mm x 150mm and can cut and fold wipes up to a size of 260mm x 240mm.
Liquid Filled Sachets
We are able to fill liquid sachets up to a size of 110mm x 150mm, with a volume fill from 0.5mls to 50mls, depending on the viscosity of the liquid.
Multipack Wet Wipes
Our flow wrapping machine, has the capability to produce multipack wipes, within re-sealable block packs from 8, up to around 50 wipes, per pack, depending on the fabric. Wipe sizes range from 150mm x 185mm up to 260mm x 185mm, subject to number of wipes per pack.
Our lead times can vary, but typically we estimate 5-6 weeks for goods to be available to despatch from our factory. Depending on your job, it may be quicker than this. Please check with us before placing your order, as lead times can change daily.
Each product we produce for you is bespoke and will depend on the specification, materials, formulas, number of colours, as well as the quantity required. Pricing is quoted per 1000 units. Contact us today to receive a bespoke quotation at competitive pricing to meet your specification.
On receipt of your order, we will send you cutter guides to help you design your packaging. Artwork and plates are charged by the number of colours.
Individual sachets are delivered loose in recyclable corrugated cases, typically in quantities of 500 or 1000. For multipack wipes this may be around 20-40 per case, depending on pack size. We have a team of inhouse packers should you wish for product to be repacked in alternative pack sizes by placing them into cartons or bags. We can even arrange for printed cartons, bags or SRP cases with your own branding.
We have a number of sample packs to send out to match closely to your requirements. If you are looking for an exact match to your product specification, we can arrange handmade samples if necessary.
Yes indeed. International orders will be quoted ex works, however we can provide pricing for delivery to any address worldwide. Alternatively, you may make your own arrangements for collection.
We include one standard/economical delivery to a UK mainland address in our pricing on individual wet wipes and liquid sachets. Multiple wipes and orders being shipped overseas and to non UK mainland will be quoted ex works. We can however provide pricing for delivery to any address worldwide.
