At Guardpack we specialise in not only the manufacture of wet wipe sachets and multipacks, but also sachet filling.

Sachets are a fantastic and cost-effective way of getting sampling products out there. Using sachets for promotions, launches and customer give-aways means you can reach your target market and let them try before they buy which is essential in many industries, particularly when selling cosmetics. Sample sachets enables you client to get a true feel of the product. Use something small to promote something big. Sachets are compact and therefore easy to distribute via post for marketing and promotional purposes.

We use a range of pumps to manage a variety of fillings. We can dose our sachets from as low as 1ml to 40ml per sachet and can control the measurement of fill accurately to 0.1ml. We can help with sachet and fill size as well as the design and production of full, shelf-ready retail cartons, with runs as low as 2,000 sachets.

We provide a variety of high quality generic bulk liquids, creams and gels, including shower gel, shampoo, baby cleansers, shaving gels, sun creams, formulated, tested and conforming to the Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009.

We will also fill sachets using our client’s own liquids and gels, subject to testing.
