- Design – We can provide you with print and cutter guides or can take your logo and lay out artwork for you to proof. We can even put you in touch with creative designers, if you are after some fresh ideas!
- Liquid Formulations – Guardpack hold over 30 base ingredients allowing us to mix liquids quickly and efficiently. We also have the ability to alter our formulas to suit your requirements, subject to regulatory approval and can put you touch with formulators to achieve your own bespoke liquids, all subject to testing.
- Tissue Fabrics – From basic biodegradable tissue crepe to soft non-woven fabric, compostable and cotton wipes, we can easily accommodate your bespoke needs. All materials can include a range of our approved liquids upon production
- Laminate – Our packaging laminates allow us to generate simple paper-based images for an economic production, as well as glossy and metallic films for a high-quality finish. We can also utilise brown kraft paper and microwaveable laminate as further alternatives including recyclable films.
- Print – We utilise 4 colour Flexographic print presses for both UV and water based printing and 8-10 colour UV Flexographic presses, which give us the capacity to deliver high quality reproductions. Our print capabilities also include digital sachet printing.
- Secondary Packaging – Don’t want a bulk supply? We offer a secondary packaging service to meet our client’s individual requirements, perfect for smaller service requirements.
