At Guardpack we specialise in the manufacture of sachets and flowpack, multipack and individual wet wipes. We are the UK’s most established sachet and wet wipe manufacturer, producing more bespoke wet wipes and sachets than any other company for more than 20 years.

Guardpack provide private label and generic wipes for home, office, cosmetic, restaurant and industrial businesses. We offer a variety of wipe materials from basic tissue crepe to soft non-woven fabrics. We are also able to manufacture using 100% cotton wipes, as well as abrasive non-woven materials. We can offer you professional advice on fabrics, liquids and laminates to suit your needs.

Unlike other wet wipe manufacturers, we can produce very low runs from only 2000 units for bespoke products, making new product launches and trials a great and budget friendly option. When it comes to wet wipe production there is very little that we do not know!

Our flow wrapping machine can produce multipack wipes within re-sealable block packs from 10, up to around 50 wipes, per pack. Our versatile machinery and tissue cutting equipment gives us full flexibility over the size of the wipe, weight and liquid of packs. We can produce various tissue folds and can apply euro slots, where required.

All the materials used can be impregnated with a range of liquids, either formulated by ourselves or by the customer.
