We currently have six twin-lane sachet and one Flow wrapping machine. The sachet machines have the added tooling to produce single wet wipes within the sachet and our flow wrapping machine has the capability to produce multi-wipes within sealed block packs from 5 up to around 200 wipes per pack. All of our machinery is purchased new and is built with the focus on versatility, allowing us to handle the varied materials within the industry. |
We have numerous sets of tools to cope with the different materials and sizes that our clients demand. We have the ability to produce individual sachets from 50mm x 50mm to 140mm x 150mm, and can cut and fold wipes up to a size of 500mm x 230mm. | |
